Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including original packaging, tags, and invoices.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and customized jewellery are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers, unless received damaged or defective.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery (unless manufacturing defects are found).

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact customer support with:
  • Order ID
  • Clear images or video of the product showing the issue
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed if approved.
  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
  • Processing time for refunds is 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.

Replacement Policy

  • If a replacement is requested and the product is available, it will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified.
  • In case the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
